line-height: 24px;"&gt;Se coloca en un bowl para que enfríe, cubierta con papel film para evitar que se le forme la capita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Poner en la heladera para que gelifique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Debemos monitorear este proceso ya que vamos a necesitar utilizar la gelatina en su punto justo antes de solidificarse. En un sartén  dorar en el aceite a fuego medio alto durante 3-4 minutos el diente de ajo; sacarlo apenas se dore y añadir la salsa de tomate. Salar y cocer durante unos 10 minutos, subir el fuego, verter 2 vasos de agua y llevar a ebullición. Añadir la “fregula”, después de 5 minutos las almejas con su agua, el perejil y terminar la cocción. Servir la sopa bien caliente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a
